Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the 2nd respondent herein to dispose of her application, dated 10.08.2016 for transfer of patta in respect of the properties in S.Nos.189/5A, 189/5C, 189/5E and 203/8 situated at Mondipatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, within a stipulated time.

4. The petitioner is said to have filed an application before the second respondent on 10.08.2016 for transfer of patta and the above said application was filed through 'E-Service'. The said application is still pending with the second respondent without any disposal. Hence, she has filed this Writ Petition.

5. In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 10.08.2016 and pass suitable orders on the same after giving notice to the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
