ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The Petitioner is said to have filed an application before the first respondent invoking Circular No.67, dated 03.011.2011 to cancel the Partition Deed No.5099 of 2011. Considering the above application, the first respondent has also initiated enquiry and enquiry notice was also issued to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties to appear for enquiry on 04.07.2016. On that day, the petitioner is said to have appeared, but the rival claimants had not appeared. Hence, enquiry was adjourned and thereafter, enquiry was conducted on 18.07.2016, thereafter, no order has been passed by the first respondent. Hence, she has filed this Writ Petition.

4. Since the first respondent already initiated enquiry, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass suitable orders, after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
