By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Heard Mr.C.Susikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5.
3. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to disburse the petitioner's retirement benefits and monthly pension along with accrued interest.

4. The petitioner, who was working as a 'Block Health Supervisor', had attained the age of superannuation on 30.04.2024 and he has been allowed to retire. The third respondent has also sent the proposal for sanctioning the pension and other monetary benefits of the petitioner. However, the third respondent has made a communication to the fourth respondent. But the fourth respondent so far has not resubmitted the paper by sending the remarks as called for by the third respondent.
5. Since no orders have been passed so far, the fourth respondent is directed to comply the remarks called for by the third respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent shall forward the same to the first respondent in order to enable the first respondent to pass appropriate orders.
6. Mr.C.Susikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed writ of mandamus even before giving the representation before the respondents.
7. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to give a representation to the respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, 3/5
the respondents shall take appropriate action on the representation given by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
