Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the second respondent to grant 'Old Age Pension' to her under 'The Old Age Scheme Or the Woman Deserted By the Husband'.

4. According to the petitioner, she filed and application before the second respondent seeking Old Age Pension as early as on 12.03.2013. Subsequently, she sent several reminders to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent. But the second respondent did not consider her application. Hence, she has filed this Writ Petition.

5. In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 12.03.2013 and pass suitable orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
