Even according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the defacto complainant is a tenant and the petitioner is a landlord and subsequent to this filing of this complaint, there was a settlement. Accordingly, the defacto complainant stated to have vacated the premises. Thereby, the defacto complainant is not interested in pursuing this criminal case. The petitioner also stated to have filed the copy of the compromise.

3.
