ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashment of the impugned patta proceedings of the 2nd respondent in respect of Patta No.2616 and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to restore the Patta No.2283 exclusively in the name of the petitioner.

effective appeal remedy available under the statue, the petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of the of Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
3.In that view of the matter, the writ petition is not maintainable as effective alternative remedy is available. Therefore, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. As against the order of the second respondent, it is open to the of the petitioner to approach the 1st respondent, if he is so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
