O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.23 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd Additional SubCourt, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari District, against the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, the trial Court, after full-fledged trial, convicted the accused No.1 and acquitted the accused Nos.2 to 4. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
