O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to take action against the 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.01.2023 and 30.03.2023.

2.Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that making some allegations against the third respondent, the petitioner has sent complaint to the first respondent. The same was forwarded to the second respondent. It is pending before the second respondent. Since the same was not considered till date, he has come forward with the present writ petition.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is undertaken in C.No.G3/000638/42/2023. During the course of enquiry, there was no co-operation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, it was closed in view of the pendency of the I.P.No.2 of 2023 before the learned Principal District 2/4

Judge, Thiruvallur.

5.Let the copy of the above said closure report be served upon the petitioner.

6.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
