ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property in S.No.179/3B2 at Nanjur Village, Kulathur Taluk,
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents on instructions from the 1st respondent would submit that survey of the property will be conducted as per the request of the petitioner on 27.06.2025.
