ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the Impugned order in Oo.Mu.A.5/27819/2015 dated 16.02.2016 passed by the respondent with consequential direction to the Respondent to issue necessary certificate so as to get employment for her daughter on compassionate ground.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
