This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings initiated by the first respondent in M.C.No.A3/240/2538/2024 dated 24.06.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner herein has appeared before the first respondent and a bond has also been executed by him on 15.07.2024 as directed in the impugned proceedings and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
