: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned order in O.Mu.No.4027/A4/2016 dated 16.09.2016 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction directing the Respondent No.3 to grant approval to the appointment of the Petitioner in the Post of B.T.Assistant in Science at Sri Murugan Aided Middle School, Kasavanampatti Villlage, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District within the time period stipulated by the Court.
