The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the entry of blocked as 'temple land' for the petitioner's land in Town Survey No.2, (Old Survey No. 458), T.S.No.3, (Old Survey No. 459), Ward No. F, Block No. 5 and T.S. No. 1 (Old Survey No. 463), T.S. No.16 to 20, (Old Survey No. 464/4) T.S. No. 22 (Old Survey No. 464/4), T.S. No.29 (Old Survey No. 464/2 ), and T.S. No.28 (Old Survey No.666 Part), Ward No. F, Block No.5, situated at Courtalam Town, Tenkasi Taluk and District.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
