The petitioner seeks for survey of land at Survey No. 13/8B of Mangalakudi Village under Othakadai Firka of Madurai East Taluk.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has made several representations. Out of which, last one was made on 24.08.2016 seeking for the very same relief. Therefore, it is for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned officials, namely, the second and third respondents to consider such request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law also after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents 2 and 3 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
