ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to send the alleged unregistered mortgage deed dated 28.12.2010 along with the contemporary document that has been produced by this petitioner dated 05.08.2010.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the petitioner has made representation as early as on 29.07.2021, even after lapse of two months, that has not been considered so far. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that so far six witnesses have been examined and investigation is pending.
4. Since it is a simple prayer made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 29.07.2021 for sending the disputed document along with contemporary document for comparison, for the purpose of fair investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
