ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.1616 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other said to have illegally transported one unit of river sand by using Van. Hence, a case has been registered.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4.This is the second application and there is no change of circumstances to entertain this application. In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
