ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering his representation dated 03.09.2021 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 29.08.2021.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
