Seeking police protection, the petitioners have approached this Court, in the strength of the decree, obtained by them in OS No. 122 of 2021 from the learned District Munsif, Tiruchuli. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that as against the judgment and decree passed by the District Munsif, Tiruchuli, the respondents 3 to 5 have filed an appeal before the Sub Court, Aruppukottai, however, with a delay of 44 days. He further submits that the petitioners are having a good case in the appeal. 3.Since an appeal has already been filed by the respondents 3 to 5 and the petitioners have also entered appearance in the appeal, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the 2/4
petitioners to work out their remedy in the appeal. A further direction is issued to the first Appellate court to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible.
