This petition is filed seeking to consider the representation dated 02.09.2021 and provide police protection. 2.Reading of the representation dated 02.09.2021, this Court is unable to find out even a single word in the representation with regard to the request for police protection. What has been stated in the representation is relating to fear as well as suspicion with regard to the life threat at the hands of the private respondents herein. This may not be proper seeking police protection. For providing police protection, threat to life and threat perspective alone is the criteria.
