[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2017 by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader has taken notice for the first respondent.

3.Considering the nature of relied sought in the Writ Petition, notice need not be given to the second respondent. 4.It is seen from the records that on 25.04.2017, the petitioner has given a petition to the first respondent with regard to taking up photograph during Chitirai festival and the same has not been considered.

5.Considering the aforesaid factual aspects, this Court is inclined to pass the following Order:

"In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without cost. The first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 25.04.2017 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and dispose of the same within period of two days."
