PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent to register the case/First Information Report on the basis of the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated 31.08.2021, investigate the matter and file the report before the concerned Court in view of the order passed in Crl.M.P. No.1650/2021 dated 07.05.2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to register the First Information Report, on the basis of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1650 of 2021 dated 07.05.2021. 2.The grievance of the petitioner herein is that even though 4 months lapsed, no FIR has been registered on the basis of the direction issued by the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that based upon the direction, a case in Crime No.213 of 2021 was registered for the offences punishable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14164 of 2021 under Sections 147, 294(b), 427, 323 and 506(i) of IPC against 5 persons on 22.09.2021.
