ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5711 of 2026 dated 27.03.2026.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
