No.20302/2016 dated 25/10/2016 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20302 of 2016, dated 25.10.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. This Court, by order dated 25.10.2016, in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20302 of 2016, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. After two years, now he filed the petition for extension of time. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant extension of time. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
