COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in Crime Nos.110 of 2021 and 18 of 2022, trial is commenced, posted for examination of witnesses. The petitioner was already released on bail. Since he caused threat to the witnesses, bail was cancelled and remanded to judicial custody. Again, seeking bail the petitioner has moved these petitions.

2.Reading of records reveals that both the cases are under trial stage. If the petitioner is released on bail, he would cause hindrance to complete the trial. Hence, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
