Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10562 of 2022 dated 20.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Palani and the same was not taken on file sofar.
