Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors / respondents and punish him for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.10534 of 2021, dated 24.06.2021.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court. To issue a Writ of Mandamus to issue a direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to Review and Revoke the Suspension order of the petitioner dt 30.01.2019 and reinstate the petitioner in light of chapter II, Section 2(3) of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Employees Discipline and Appeal Regulations and based on the co-accused revocation order Memo No.014130/436/ADM.IV/A.1/F.D.P/2019 dt 22.07.2019 passed by the 1/3

respondent no.3 within the time stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further order or orders as this Honble Court. For Petitioner :

This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 24.06.2021, made in W.P.(MD) No.10534 of 2021.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order and directions issued by this Court have been duly complied with and to that effect he has also produced a copy of the Proceedings of the Superintending Engineer, Tirunelveli Electricity Distribution Circle, dated 22.09.2021. 3.The aforesaid Proceedings of the Superintending Engineer, Tirunelveli Electricity Distribution Circle, is taken on record. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

4.In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed.
