[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents herein to take appropriate action in respect of the alleged encroachments, on the basis of the representation dated 10.04.2017 . https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader has taken notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned Counsel has taken notice for the respondents 3 and 4.

3.It is seen from the representation dated 10.04.2017 that some encroachments are in existence in Wakf property. Only under the said circumstances, the said representation has been given. 4.Considering the fact that the property belongs to Wakf, the proper authority to take action is Tamil Nadu Waqf board. Under the said circumstances, the following direction can be given.

"The petitioner is directed to give proper representation to the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board." 5.With the above observation this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
