The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order in TN-7202106281333, dated 28.06.2021 passed by the respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondent to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner in the light of the judgment in WP(MD)No.8291 of 2016 reported in 2016(3) TNLJ 97 (Civil).
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
