This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent by conducting a details enquiry on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 09.04.2022.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2020 was received by the respondent police and CSR No.226 of 2020 was issued and the petition is under enquiry. 4.In view of the above, the third respondent police is directed consider the representation of petitioner dated 04.07.2020 and pass 2/4

appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
