3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.18292 of 2025 on 08.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Principal Specaial Court for Trial of NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, on alternative Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
