The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioner's objection dated 17.11.2014 and 21.11.2015 within a time frame 2.Heard Mr.B.S.Meltiue, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Arjun Rajan, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the 3rd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Without challenging the acquisition proceedings, the prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be maintained. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the acquisition proceedings and make his suggestion for rearrangement of the project. Without doing the same, the petitioner has approached this Court for a Writ of Mandamus, which is completely misconceived. 4.Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
