ORDER

This Court has already passed an order in W.P.(MD) No.20511 of 2018 on 27.09.2018 directing the respondent police to consider granting permission to conduct the festival by imposing sufficient conditions in order to ensure that the festival is conducted in a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

peaceful manner without giving rise to any law and order problem. Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the respondent police in their proceedings dated 06.10.2018, have granted permission by imposing 17 conditions in order to conduct the festival. 2.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. It is made clear that the permission to conduct the festival will not confer any exclusive right for any of the parties and the independent right of the parties will have to be worked out before the competent forum.
