This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the registered Trust Deed Document No.78 of 2019 dated 25.10.2019 in the office of the 3rd respondent/Sub-Registrar, Kadayam, quash the same and direct the 5th respondent/Joint Commissioner to take suo-moto enquiry to settle on a scheme for Arulmigu Angala Parameswari Amman @ Matha Temple in S.No.284, Alwarkurichi Village, Tenkasi Taluk and District within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Department dated 18.12.2020 was placed before this Court. It is seen that an Executive Officer/Thakar has already been appointed for the temple for administering the affairs of the temple including its properties.
