ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R. Meenakshi Sundaram, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Petitioner and respondents are not having appeared either in person or through a Counsel, this Court made the following order:
This Court while passing order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21123 of 2014, directed the petitioner to complete the investigation within a period of three months. 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the petitioner submitted that now the process of recording statement of the witnesses is undertaken by the concerned Judicial Magistrate and the case will be completed shortly.
3. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 21123 of 2014 dated 13.03.2020 is extended further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
