respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) & 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.236 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's name was not included in the FIR and hence, he is not an accused in this case. Hence, the question of grant of anticipatory bail does not arise.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
