ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to return the tender deposit made by the petitioner with the 3rd respondent. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Perusal of the records shows that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents for returning the tender deposit made by him. This writ petition has been filed alleging that the representation of the petitioner has not been considered.
4.The learned Counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that the tender deposit made by the petitioner has already been repaid to him.
