2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since they are unable to execute sureties and hence they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the bail bond is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
