Appeal (MD) No. 258 of on the file of this Hon'ble Court and pass such further or other orders.

This Appeal is filed Under Section 14A(2) of the SC/ST Act,1989 Amendment of 2016, praying to release the petitioners on bail pending investigation in Crime. NO.94 of 2019 on the file of Inspector of Police, Devakottai Town Police Station, Sivagangai District, now under investigation by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ram Nagar, Devakottai.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.MURUGANANDAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent R1 and R2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2019, made in Crl.A.(MD)No.258 of 2019.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.258 of 2019, on 09.07.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that they have strongly opposed to relax the condition.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in in Crl.A(MD) No.258 of 2019 on 09.07.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered, accordingly.
