O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachments alleged to have been made by the fourth respondent in S.No.401/32 in V.O.C.Street, V.Pudur Town Panchayat, Vilathikulam Taluk, Tuticorin District. He has given representation dated 22.02.2017 in this regard.

2.We direct the second respondent to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed after issuing notice to the fourth respondent and by following statutory procedures. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
