The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. According to the petitioner, based on the complaint given by the third respondent, who is none other than his wife, under the guise of conducting enquiry, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry is being conducted and in the above enquiry, the third respondent appeared and gave a statement that she is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.10950 of 2019 willing to proceed with the complaint. Based on the statement given by the third respondent, the complaint has been closed.

4. Considering the fact that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry has been conducted and closed, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
