(1) Mr.Abdula Khan Bailim and (2) Mr.Mia Khan Bailim for the above referred Wakf namely Abdullha Khan Bailim Pallivasal at Pudhukulam Pallivasal situated at Veppankulam Village, Tirunelveli Taluk and Tirunelveli District on rotation basis once in two years by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2024.

Mr.K.Jeyamohan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner appears to have submitted a representation, dated 28.09.2024 to the respondents for framing a scheme for the management of Abdullha Khan Bailim Pallivasal @ Pudhukulam Pallivasal, Veppankulam Village, Tirunelveli Taluk and Tirunelveli District.
3. The learned Standing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.09.2024 will be considered and a 2/5
decision will be taken as to whether any scheme is required to be framed in the background of proforma, dated 04.07.1956.
4. Recording the same, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.09.2024 and take a decision whether a scheme is required to be framed in the background of proforma, dated 04.07.1956. In case, a scheme is to be framed, issue appropriate notice to all the persons, who are likely to be affected by the proposed exercise. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
