ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Additional District and Sessions Court, Theni at Periyakulam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.35 of 2016 within timeframe as may be fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the suit in O.S.No.35 of 2016 is filed in the year 2016 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Since the suit in O.S.No.35 of 2016 is of the year 2016, the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Theni at Periyakulam, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.35 of 2016, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
