ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondents.

2.The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the E.P.No.20 of 2021 in O.S.No.187 of 1980, pending before the Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai.

3.Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, to dispose E.P.No.20 of 2021 filed by 2/4

the petitioner pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 17.09.2019 in O.S.No.187 of 1980, subject to the order that may be passed in A.S.No.12 of 2020. The learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, shall endeavour dispose of E.P.No.20 of 2021 preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
