JUDGMENT

************* [Judgment of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent viz., the Secretary, Tamil Nadu State Human Rights Commission to enquire into the petitioner's complaint which was assigned in Case No.1854/2016/C2.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent / Tamil Nadu Human Rights Commission submitted that the complaint is pending and the same will be processed in accordance with the Regulations.

3. Accordingly, we direct the respondent / Commission to proceed with the petitioner's complaint and conduct an enquiry in

accordance with the Regulations and proceed further in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
