This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct a further investigation by considering petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 23.06.2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's representation, dated 23.06.2022, summon has been issued to both the parties and the enquiry is under progress. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry, based on the representation, dated 23.06.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
