This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 18.06.2015 and 31.08.2016.

2. On a reading of the representation given by the petitioner, the dispute is essentially civil in nature between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. That apart, this writ petition is not maintainable in view of the law laid down by this Court Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd. represented by its Director Rajendra Sheth No.7C, Second Canal Cross Road Gandhi Nagar Adyar, Chennai 600 020 vs. The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J-2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai 600 020 and another, reported in 2016 (2) CTC 286.

3. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his liberty in the manner known to law. No costs.
