This petition has been filed challenging the order passed in Criminal Revision No.28 of 2022 in Cr.M.P.No.6390 of 2021 in STC No.2568 of 2014, dated 17.04.2023 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Shenkottai and to recall the witnesses PW1 and PW2 for cross-examination.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the main case itself ended in acquittal in S.T.C.No.2568 of 2014 by judgment dated 02.09.2023 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Shenkottai.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
