ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to survey the land in Survey No.1143 situated at Adusapatti, Bathlagundu, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.C.Prithiviraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the respondents 3 and 4, notice to them is dispensed with.

3.In order to survey the land in Survey No.1143 to the extent of 8 acres 4 cents situated at Adusapatti, Bathlagundu, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, the petitioner has given a representation on 03.04.2019 to the respondent No.1 and according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the land belongs to the petitioner as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.17041 of 2019 well as his cousins and therefore, if the four boundaries of the land is surveyed and identified by the respondent, by considering the representation dated 03.04.2019, within a time frame, the petitioner would be satisfied.

4.I have heard the learned Government Advocate, who would submit that, the said request of the petitioner would be decided on merits, after hearing both the petitioner as well as the private respondents, within a time frame.

5.Having regard to the said submission made by both sides, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition, with the consent of both the parties, at the stage of admission itself, with the following direction:

"The respondents 1 and 2 are hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2019 and decide the plea raised therein, after giving opportunity of being heard to both the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 and 4 and accordingly, pass final orders thereon, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
