ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8830 of 2019, dated 09/07/2019, for producing the sureties and executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since they are unable to execute sureties and hence they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.6889 of 2019 bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the bail bond is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
