Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct Kabadi Tournament on 21.01.2017 and 22.01.2017 from 06.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. at Government Higher Secondary School, Kallagam Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to give necessary permission for conducting Kabadi Tournament for the dates mentioned therein, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondent.

3.It is seen from the records that on 17.01.2017 a representation has been given to the respondent. But the same has not been considered.

4.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the following relief can be granted.

5.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Kallakudi Police Station, Trichy District is directed to look into the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 17.01.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of two days.
